I'm still bitter over the fact that Kodachrome was left to die a couple of years ago by the suits at Kodak. Boo.
But the Kodachrome used in the links above was a different formulation (ISO 8!) that hasn't been around in decades. Which sucks, because I'd love to get these kinds of colors without having to screw around in Photoshop.
I agree, I've just recently been getting into film photography (Found the old family Polaroid I thought we threw out, we still have it. yay! ^_^ ) and I'm seeing all these beautiful pictures only to find out... it's discontinued :I And it's too expensive for me to buy film (hoping it's not expired, and I was looking on eBay it was like 40$ for 10 shots of Polaroid) so photoshop is the only option left for me, which kinda sucks because it'll look nice, but at the same time it's not the same as real film. I'm with you, I'd love to get those colors without photoshop.
