Well that is a rather strong and powerful way to use words. Personally I like that you said 'I want to' it makes it a lot more personal. The line "it's like painting the town red, but with your corpse" actually put a little smile on my face, simply because it sounds so 'nice' at the start and then turns grim again. I also like the way you did the blood splatters, though the blood would actually be a little darker, but that's a secondary thing. The red is still a very nice contrast against the black and brings out the writing even more. Very eye catching to say the least.
"And the Streets Will Run Red With Your Blood." Or I might suggest "I Will Paint the Streets Red with Your Blood." I would stay away from passive words like "want" and "like." Instead go with action words such as "will" and "is." So the slug line could be, "I will paint the town red tonight...with your blood!" I like all the blood spattering and the bold font type, which I think is completely appropriate. Might be a more enticing title as "I Shall Bathe the Streets Red with His/Her Blood." That's not as threatening to the reader. Anyhow I think it is a great effort and you may have a future as a book cover designer, if you aren't already doing that.
